These rules are subject to change.
1) Quarterly Challenges. You MUST participate once a year in at least one Challenge or other event to stay active in the Guild.
2) Keep your shop stocked! Must have an average of 30% seed bead work/tutorials in your shop at all times, you may list a few supplies , but the majority of your shop should be creations and tutorials for bead weaving. This percentage may vary depending on the studio and will be voted on and approved by the officers of the Guild. If we see an empty shop, you will be removed from the Guild with no notice.
New members will have 60 days to list at least 10 items, 3 of which have to be seed beading (30%). After your shop is set up, we encourage you to apply for a 'Certified Handmade' artifact. You must have 100% Handmade in your Studio for this. (Amendment: You will NOT be disqualified for being a Guild Member if you also sell tutorials and destash your bead supply. It is a lot of work to set up multiple Studios and keep track of both(all). We understand this.)
3) Please be active! Post new creations or patterns on any of our sites.
4) Make Collections from time to time with only members from our Guild. Cross reference your Collections onto Facebook and Twitter and all social networking sites that you use. Support and comment on collections that other members have created. Post links back to our sites from your sites – promoting our guild will help promote your work.
5) Failure to comply with any of our membership rules will result in your being removed from the Guild without notice.
6) Questions or concerns can be handled by any of our officers.
