Now, here are the rules and dates:
This Swap is among beadweavers only, so please send enough seed beads, beads and colors for another bead weaver to complete at least one necklace. You will need to include (at minimum) once focal or centerpiece and (at minimum) one clasp. Your focal or centerpiece should be something that can either be framed or woven into a project and your clasp should be something more than just a lobster claw. You do NOT need to send gold or silver findings, however if you want to you can.
Remember that your partner may/may not be an experienced beadweaver. You do not want to send them something that is from your 'junk drawer' or that you haven't been able to figure out what to do with. This Swap is meant to be fun and challenging! Send things that YOU would use - remember, they will be putting YOUR name on their creation and on their blogs!
Step 1 - Please contact your partner - via ArtFire Studio message and get their address.
Step 2 - Send out your Bead Swap package to your partner - no later than March 15th
Step 3 - Take photos of the swap you receive
Step 4 - Post photos on your own blog, facebook, twitter or on the Guild's facebook page or the Guild Forums Page. (please tag or link your posts to the GUILD'S sites so that everyone can see and find you)
Step 4 - Create, create, create
Step 5 - Post photos (this is optional) of your work in progress, but do NOT reveal your entire creation until Reveal day.
Step 6 - Reveal your creation on May 15th
